Fall Festival coming
on
Sunday, October 16th, at 2:00 - 5:30pm at the Fauntleroy Church, Fauntleroy schoolhouse, and Fauntleroy YMCA.
New events at the festival: cake walk/decorating contest (we need your cakes of all kinds from the community!!), Origami folding, a full length Sherlock Holmes film made by Thomas Lavoie, youth member at Fauntleroy UCC Church, hair braiding and cuts by Fauntleroy Salon, Fauntleroy historical Readers Theater, flu shots will be available for a fee from Swedish Visiting Nurse Services, paticipatory drumming session, more new Environmental Corner and Community tables with valuable information for all. Of course we can't have the festival without volunteers, so if you are interested in a great volunteer opportunity, contact Terry at (206) 932-5600. We do provide community service hours for youth as well!
