Exploring the Chain of Water Habitats in the Fauntleroy Creek Watershed
-
A Environmental Tour for Young Explorers Developed by Friends of Fauntleroy Creek, Seattle, WA, 2000

This page of our community Website introduces Link by Link, an "environmental tour" to acquaint elementary students with water-related habitats in the Fauntleroy Creek watershed.  Originally formated for a printed packet, the components are arranged here by type of habitat, plus one file providing classroom resources for all types of habitat.  Click on the marker image of the habitat site you want or on "Classroom Guide" for that file.  For a free, printed Link by Link teacher's packet, contact Judy Pickens.  The files below  require Adobe Acrobat Reader.  Follow the link to Adobe for a free download if you do not have a current Reader.  Files are large and will take awhile to load, depending on the speed of your connection.
