Record keeping will be simplified by making all dues payable in the first quarter of the year and can be paid at the annual meeting in March.

The newsletter will be revised a little bit. The President’s Corner will become a Note From the Board, the focus will continue to be community happenings and concerns. All articles should be submitted by January 4th.

New Construction – as long as zoning regulations are followed, there is little we can do about the increased density and loss of views. FCA can commiserate, but we must welcome our new neighbors.

A Ferry district has been created by the King County Council. They will take over the Water Taxi and passenger only ferries. Additional water taxies are being studied.
