Annual Meeting and Food Fest
March 23rd 2010

President Bruce Butterfield thanked Tuxedos and Tennis Shoes, Bird on a Wire, Dreaming Dane Catering, Endolyne Joes, Giannoni’s Pizzeria, Guadalajara Mexican Restaurant, The Kenney, and The Original Bakery for the wonderful food. He also thanked the participating businesses for their contributions. Then he welcomed the Community Service Agencies.

Gordon Wiehler introduced the Board Member nominees; Martha Callard, Gary Dawson, Ann Dunbar, Vlad Oustimovitch, Susan Lantz-Dey, Kim Petram, Vicki Schmitz-Block, Brent Spraker, Marty Westerman, and Gordon Wiehler. All were accepted by voice vote. Executive officers Bruce Butterfield President, Phil Sweetland Treasurer, and Kathleen Dellplain Secretary, were also elected unanimously.

A drawing was held for the gift baskets containing gifts from local merchants. The winning numbers were 973 and 989.

It was announced that the Fauntleroy Community Service Agency has closed on the purchase of the Fauntleroy School Building.

The meeting was then adjourned.
