The Fauntleroy School sale has gone through. Nominations are open for a Working Board to oversee operations.

There has been nearly a 30% response to the membership dues mailing. The Annual meeting and Food Fest will be March 23rd; all current board members have agreed to serve for one more year. Members are encouraged to bring friends to get fresh perspectives to Fauntleroy issues.

There will be lots of participants for the Food Fest; Lynn is working on the floor plan. Phil and Ann are preparing the membership lists for speedy check in. There will be a members only raffle. Gary and Phil will be in charge of set-up. Bruce will be in charge of clean-up and signage. Kathleen will take notes.

Wastewater Management meeting will be March 18th at 6 pm at the SW Community Center. Everyone should attend.

Gary Dawson brought up the problem house on Fauntleroy Way. Seattle Neighborhood group should be contacted for assistance. They will help neighbors organize and have forms for documentation. Lincoln Park neighbors are also having problems with people parking on Kenyon while they are in the park after hours.

No SW District Council report.

“Walking on Logs” needs helpers. The person handling maintenance needs assistance.

Treasury report was sent earlier by email.

David Haggerty of Tuxedos and Tennis Shoes wants to put up a banner congratulating the FCSA on the purchase of the schoolhouse. We will recognize the FCSA at the Food Fest with Balloons. Vicki will be in charge of getting balloons.

Cove Park clean-up will be April 11, nine to noon or so.
